1. What is a “connection” on IPTV?

A connection = 1 active stream at a time.
If you have 1 connection, only 1 screen can be watched at a time.
If you have 2 connections, you can watch two screens at the same time, and so on.

2. What is a “device” on IPTV?

A device is what you watch on, like:

• TV

• Fire Stick / Android box / Apple TV

• Phone or tablet

• Computer

You can usually install the app on many devices, but you are limited by your number of connections.

3. What happens if I use too many connections?

If you go over your limit:

• One device may stop playing or show an error.

• Your provider may block extra streams.

4. How many connections should I get?
