If you’re looking for a live sports event, game time, or updated channel information, the guide may not appear until the day of the event. In most cases, a quick refresh is all you need.

Looking for a live sports event?
Sports schedules and game times often don’t appear in the guide

Refreshing your app or playlist will pull the latest
available information.

If many channels are blank or your TV Guide is still not loading after you refresh, check Logan Vision Service Status first. If no current issue is listed and the problem continues, visit the Support & Knowledge Center for more help.
