Service Restored

We are pleased to announce that Logan Vision service has been fully restored and is operating normally.

Earlier today, some customers experienced service interruptions due to a DNS-related issue affecting our previous server address. Our technical team quickly identified the issue and worked diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.

We understand how important reliable service is to our customers, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may have caused.

Permanent Server Update

To improve reliability and prevent future disruptions, we have transitioned to a new permanent server address.

TiviMate Users

If you are using TiviMate, please update your server address:

  1. Open TiviMate.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Playlists.
  4. Select your Logan Vision playlist.
  5. Select Xtream Codes Parameters.
  6. Select Server Address.
  7. Replace:

http://ky-tv.cc

with:

http://kytv.xyz

  1. Press Next.
  2. Select Apply Changes.

Generic Smarters Users

If you use the Generic Smarters application and need to reinstall:

  1. Open the Downloader app.
  2. Enter code:

3883750

  1. Select Go.
  2. Download and install Generic Smarters.
  3. Open the application.
  4. Enter your Logan Vision Username.
  5. Enter your Logan Vision Password.
  6. Select Login.

Note: Generic Smarters does not require a server URL. Simply enter your username and password provided by Logan Vision.
